Our well-appointed, first floor guest suite is a centrally-located, cozy place to stay in Hudson, just a 12 minute walk from the Amtrak train station, and ideal for those without the need for a kitchen who plan to eat out at the great restaurants within walking distance. Guests will enjoy staying in a home built in 1834 that has been tastefully updated and renovated, with high ceilings, a mix of modern and retro furniture, and a bedroom connected by French doors to a living room with sofa bed.

We are located in the center of Hudson on Union Street between City Hall Place and West Court Street, just one block from all of the shops and restaurants on Warren Street. It's a beautiful area with historic buildings, tree-lined streets, and alleys with quaint carriage houses and barns.
Guest Access
Guests have access to just the guest suite and the common hallway. There are other units in the house, so please be mindful of other visitors.
Good to know
The guest suite is on the first floor and consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed, living room, and bathroom - there is no kitchen in this unit - though there is a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle in the living room. The guest suite is equipped with fast and reliable WiFi, as well as wired internet via an ethernet wall outlet, and a 40" Roku Smart TV with YouTube TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+, Apple TV+, and access to other app-based streaming services (there is no traditional cable/antenna TV service). Heating and cooling is controlled by ductless Mitsubishi AC/heat pump units and a bedroom ceiling fan, with backup radiator heat monitored and controlled by a Nest Thermostat. **** Recent Renovations (2023-24): brand new Mitsubishi ductless AC/heat pump units in each bedroom and living area, new historic-style Pella double-glazed windows throughout the house, and blackout shades in all of the bedrooms, helping with temperature control and sound proofing. *** Have a larger group and need more bedrooms? Hudson is a small town and perfect for walking, so you really don't need a car if you are only staying in town. If you plan to explore the Hudson Valley and did't drive to Hudson, there is an Enterprise Rental Car just outside of Hudson that will deliver the car to you. Taxis, Lyft, and Uber are also available, though plan ahead, as they may not be as readily available as in a big city.
