We are located in the center of Hudson on Union Street between City Hall Place and West Court Street, just one block from all of the shops and restaurants on Warren Street. It's a beautiful area with historic buildings, tree-lined streets, and alleys with quaint carriage houses and barns.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire house, backyard, side yard, and driveway. No access allowed to the rear carriage house or the adjacent property and its outdoor space.

Our home sleeps 16 in 8 private bedrooms, and up to 20 including 2 sofa beds and air mattresses, all separated into 3 distinct but internally connected units each with its own kitchen and common spaces. Great for extended families, wedding guests, or groups of friends, who all want stay in the same home but with enough space to spread out and maintain some privacy. Lounge around in two enclosed side porches, one rear open porch, or in the landscaped backyard. Includes laundry room with washer/dryer, and 2 parking spaces in the driveway, and free parking on the street or back alley. **** Recent Renovations (2023-24): brand new Mitsubishi ductless AC/heat pump units in each bedroom and living area, new historic-style Pella double-glazed windows throughout the house, and blackout shades in all of the bedrooms, helping with temperature control and sound proofing. ***

New landscaping work will be taking place during weekdays in 2025-26 - we apologies for any inconvenience while these improvements are completed.

Hudson is a small town and perfect for walking, so you really don't need a car if you are only staying in town. If you plan to explore the Hudson Valley and did't drive to Hudson, there is an Enterprise Rental Car just outside of Hudson that will deliver the car to you. Taxis, Lyft, and Uber are also available, though plan ahead, as they may not be as readily available as in a big city.
