We are located in the center of Hudson on Union Street between City Hall Place and West Court Street, just one block from all of the shops and restaurants on Warren Street. It's a beautiful area with historic buildings, tree-lined streets, and alleys with quaint carriage houses and barns.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the full apartment, the backyard, and the common hallway. There are other units in the house, so please be mindful of other visitors. No access allowed to the rear carriage house or the adjacent property and its outdoor space.

Our newly renovated, 2-story, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom owner's unit in our multi-family house, has a full cooking kitchen, large living and dining rooms, a back porch, a luxurious master bathroom with rain shower, a butler's pantry and a laundry room with washer/dryer. The place is equipped with fast and reliable WiFi, and 2 ethernet-wired Roku Smart TVs with YouTube TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+, AppleTV+, along with access to other app-based streaming services (there is no traditional cable/antenna TV service). Heating and cooling is controlled by ductless Mitsubishi AC/heat pump units and bedroom ceiling fans, with backup radiator heat monitored and controlled by a Nest Thermostat. **** Recent Renovations (2023-24): brand new Mitsubishi ductless AC/heat pump units in each bedroom and living area, new historic-style Pella double-glazed windows throughout the house, and blackout shades in all of the bedrooms, helping with temperature control and sound proofing. *** Have a larger group and need more bedrooms? If you think you might need more space or your group could grow, we have 6 more bedrooms located within 2 additional apartments in the same house.

New landscaping work will be taking place during weekdays in late March and early April - we apologies for any inconvenience while these improvements are completed.

Hudson is a small town and perfect for walking, so you really don't need a car if you are only staying in town. If you plan to explore the Hudson Valley and did't drive to Hudson, there is an Enterprise Rental Car just outside of Hudson that will deliver the car to you. Taxis, Lyft, and Uber are also available, though plan ahead, as they may not be as readily available as in a big city.
